December is the most wonderful time of the year as we prepare to celebrate the holiday season with family gatherings, gifts, Christmas cocktails and food. How could we not be happy about it?! Yes, holidays can get hectic and stressful, but with some easy party planning and preparation, you will surely have the best time with your loved ones.
Can you believe Thanksgiving is only three weeks away?! It means it’s time to strategize your menu and get as much prep done now that you can. While some items can’t be bought ahead of time due to shelf life, thankfully beverages have a long one. Stocking up early on all your beverage needs is a great way to take some of the stress out of the holiday.
The holidays are in full swing. Stress levels are rising as temperatures are dropping. It’s no wonder. With traffic at a crawl and parking spaces at a minimum, all this hustle and bustle can be nerve wracking. This should be a time spent with friends and family, not spending obscene amounts of money on meaningless gifts.
Harvest Festivals and Punkin Chunkin and Sea Witches … OH MY!
Autumn is the perfect time to get out and celebrate the season. Whether you take a drive or bike ride to admire the beautiful fall colors, throw a football tailgate party, attend one of the many fall festivals or head to the local pumpkin patch; there is so much to do and so many ways to hang with friends and family.
I’m personally partial to the cool autumns days and the changing colors of the trees. Why not get a plan together of all the fall activities you’d like to attend and be sure to get at least one fall hike in before the winter weather arrives.
