Delicious Summer Cocktails For Your Wedding Guests
1. Coconut Margarita
- 3 ounces lite coconut milk (from the can)
- 3 ounces tequila blanco
- 1 1/2 ounces triple sec
- 8 ounces coconut water
- Fresh lime wedge, to serve
In a shaker, combine the coconut milk, tequila blanco, triple sec and coconut water. Shake until combined. Pour into cocktail glasses with ice. Serve with a lime wedge.

2. Sparkling Summer Peach
- 2 ounces Seagram’s Peach Vodka
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce lime juice
- Sparkling wine (to top)
Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients. Strain into your glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish & enjoy!

3. Strawberry Basil Mule
- 8 Strawberries
- Half a Lime
- Basil Sprig
- 1.5oz Premium Vodka
- 3.5oz Ginger Beer Mini in Lemon & Lime
Muddle fresh strawberries (roughly 6), 2 lime wedges and basil in a copper mule mug. Top with Ice, Vodka and Ginger Beer. Garnish with Strawberry and Lime wedge and basil leaves.

4. Bourbon Peach Sweet Tea
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 2 ounces peach preserves
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Dash of Aperol
- Sweet tea, to top
- Sprig of thyme, to garnish
- Lemon round, to garnish
Mix the bourbon, peach preserves, Aperol, and lemon juice over ice and shake. Top with a generous amount of sweet tea and garnish with fresh thyme and a lemon round.

5. Champagne Cobbler
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- Orange twist
- Lemon twist
- Champagne
Add simple syrup, express oils from lemon/orange twist into a pint glass, drop twists into glass, add crushed ice to about ½ inch below the rim of the glass and fill with Prosecco. Swizzle. Add a small layer of crushed ice to make a bed for the Peychauds. Add 5 to 7 dashes of Peychauds and swizzle to create a layered effect. Finish by topping with crushed ice, mint sprig, and berries.
