Are you ready for the upcoming NFL season? The season starts Thursday, September 8th when the Buffalo Bills face off against the Los Angeles Rams at 8:20 p.m. However, if you are really missing those football watch parties, preseason starts on August 11th! Regardless of when or where you watch the games, we have some great team-specific cocktail recipes ready for you. These are sure to be a crowd pleaser whether it is a Fantasy Football Draft Party, a regular season game or the Super Bowl.
Philadelphia Eagles – “The Philly Special”
- 2 oz. of gin
- 1/3 oz. Luxardo liqueur
- 1/3 oz. crème de cassis
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- Shake all ingredients with ice and enjoy!
Baltimore Ravens – “The Raven”
- 1 oz. of gin
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. lime juice
- 2 oz. cranberry juice cocktail
- ½ oz. blue curacao
- ½ oz. Chambord
- Crushed ice
- Shake gin, blue curacao and crushed ice. Strain into glass. Slowly pour Chambord over so it floats on top and enjoy!
Pittsburgh Steelers – “The Black and Gold”
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. goldschlager cinnamon schnapps liqueur
- Lemon wedge for garnish
- Shake vodka with ice and pour into a chilled glass. Top off with the liqueur and enjoy!
Washington Football Team – “The Cherry Blossom”
- 1-part cherry brandy
- 1-part cognac
- 4 dashes grenadine
- 1/3-part lemon juice
- 4 dashes orange curacao
- Shake with ice and strain into glass
New York Giants – “Jolly Red Giant”
- 2 parts ruby red vodka
- ½ part maraschino liqueur
- ¼ oz. pomegranate juice
- ½ part lemon juice
- Shake and strain into glass, garnish with a cherry and enjoy!
New England Patriots – “Boston Sidecar”
- ¾ oz. light rum
- ¾ oz. brandy
- ¾ oz. triple sec
- ½ oz. lime juice
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass
