5 Valentine’s Day Drinks to Fall In Love With

Soft Love

  • 3/4 ounce creme de bananes
  • 3/4 ounce cherry vodka
  • 3/4 ounce heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and pour in all ingredients. Shake well and strain into a cordial glass. Recipe courtesy of Mix That Drink.

Vesper

  • 3 ounces Gordon’s Gin
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce Lillet Blanc

Love Potion

  • 3 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. elderflower liquor
  • 5 oz. rosé Champagne

In a cocktail shaker combine gin, lime juice, and elderflower liquor. Add ice, and shake for 10 seconds. Strain cocktail over ice in a cocktail glass, and top with rosé Champagne. Recipe courtesy of Cosmopolitan

Nectar of the Gods

  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger raspberry-flavored liqueur
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces agave nectar
  • 4 fluid ounces champagne, or as needed

Stir raspberry-flavored liqueur and agave nectar together in a tall, thin-sided glass using a spoon. Tilt the glass at an angle and pour in champagne. Recipe Courtesy of All Recipes.

Evening Shade

  • 1⁄2 oz. lime juice3 slices cucumber
  • 2 oz. peach purée
  • 1 1⁄2 oz. corn whiskey
  • 3⁄4 oz. Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
  • 1⁄2 oz. PAMA pomegranate liqueur
  • 2 sprigs lemon balm

Muddle lime juice and cucumber in a cocktail shaker; add peach purée, whiskey, liqueurs, and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Collins glass filled with cracked ice; garnish with lemon balm. Recipe courtesy of Saveur.
